CUSTOM-FIT STANDARD GUN SHIPPER ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Click here to return to order form Each kit comes with a 50" x 9-1/4" x 3-5/8" heavy-duty shipping box, 3 layers of polyethylene foam (middle layer is 1-1/2" thick, top and bottom layers are 1" thick), and 1 sheet of rust-preventative poly film. Remove the thicker middle layer of foam and trace an outline of the gun onto the foam layer. Using a fillet or kitchen knife, cut out the shape of the gun. Cutouts can also be made for scopes, bolts, clips, or accessories. Place the rust-preventative poly film over the gun cutout. Press the gun into place. Fold the remaining poly film over the gun. Replace the top layer of foam. Tape all edges of the box securely and it's done! Cameron Packaging 250 E.
