CUSTOM-FIT EXTRA-LARGE GUN SHIPPER ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Click here to return to order form Each kit comes with a 48-1/2" x 10-5/8" x 5-1/4" heavy-duty shipping box, 3 layers of polyethylene foam (middle layer is 2-1/4" thick, top and bottom layers are 1-1/2" thick), and 1 sheet of rust-preventative poly film. Remove the thicker middle layer of foam and trace an outline of the gun onto the foam layer. Using a fillet or kitchen knife, cut out the shape of the gun. Cutouts can also be made for accessories. Place the rust-preventative poly film over the gun cutout. Press the gun into place. Fold the remaining poly film over the gun. Replace the top layer of foam.
