Outside length is under 48" to avoid shipping fees.

This is the highest level of protection for shipping.
For a custom fit, trace an outline of the firearm onto the middle layer of foam, cut the shape out with a fillet or kitchen knife, lay the rust-preventative poly film over the cutout, and press rifle into place.

Will hold sporting arms up to 1-1/2" thickness.

Foam is NOT styrofoam.  Will not fracture or crumble.

EACH KIT INCLUDES:
~45" x 9-1/4" x 3-5/8" heavy-duty shipping box
~ 3 layers of polyethylene foam
(middle layer is 1-1/2" thick, top and bottom layers are 1" thick>
~ 1 sheet of rust-preventative VCI poly film
