This is the highest level of protection for shipping.
For a custom fit, trace an outline of the firearm onto the middle layer of foam, cut the shape out with a fillet or kitchen knife, lay the rust-preventative poly film over the cutout, and press rifle into place.

Will hold sporting arms up to 2" thickness

Foam is NOT styrofoam.  Will not fracture or crumble.

EACH KIT INCLUDES:
~ 41-1/2" x 11" x 3-5/8" heavy-duty shipping box
~ 3 layers of polyethylene foam
(middle layer is 2" thick, top and bottom layers are 3/4" thick>
~ 1 sheet of rust-preventative VCI poly film
