CAR FOAM SUPPORT SETS 

Each set includes 1 stock, 1 barrel, and 2 receiver supports.

Use the foam support sets in the following boxes:
CAR-36 carton  (for firearms up to 34" long)
CAR-41 carton  (for firearms up to 39-1/2" long)
CAR-50 carton  (for firearms up to 48" long)

Cameron Packaging has developed a system to safely ship most AR-15 platform weapons regardless of barrel size and receiver configuration. By supporting the weapon at the stock and muzzle, it can be suspended inside one of our sturdy AR-15 shipping cartons: #CAR-36, #CAR-41, or #CAR-50.

A polyethylene foam assembly is placed on the muzzle to provide cushioning and to maintain proper spacing in the carton. A thick layer of fiberboard is incorporated in the foam assembly to prevent the muzzle from puncturing the foam or carton if it is dropped.

A similar foam assembly is placed on the stock to stabilize and suspend the weapon inside the carton.

One-inch-thick foam planks are placed on both sides of the receiver to further stabilize the weapon.

When the carton is closed, the rifle holds all foam components in place.
