Cold-Stuff Do It Yourself Gel Packs 10 ft. x 16 in. sheet or 300 ft. x 16 in. Roll (can be cut into smaller sheets) A 10' sheet consists of 116 gel cells and a 300' roll has about 3,600 gel cells. A 300' roll yields 1,000-lbs of gel packs when hydrated. Each cell is 4" x 4" and holds 4.8 - 5.0 oz, depending on how long they are immersed in water. Do it yourself Cold-Stuff ice sheets are flexible and can be wrapped around your product. Cost less than usual gel packs or ice packs. Weigh much less and take up less space than other gel packs, saving you on shipping costs in getting these to you. Simply hydrate the cells by immersing them in lukewarm tap water (10-15 minutes). Remove from the water and they will continue to absorb water and dry themselves off. Place in the freezer until completely frozen (just like regular gel packs). Cut along the seams for custom sizes to fit your insulated box. Can be cut before or after hydrating or even when frozen. Environmentally friendly and safely disposable (non-toxic ingredients). Replaces gel packs, ice packs, dry ice, crushed ice, etc. Dry (dehydrated) sheets can be used as an absorbent pad in the bottom of the container. Each 4" x 4" cell can absorb over 1/2 cup of liquid.
